Tequila FAQs
-
The difference comes down to aging. Blanco is unaged and fresh. Reposado is rested in barrels for added depth. Añejo is aged longer for a richer, more layered flavor profile. All three expressions begin with the same organic agave.
-
Blanco is the most popular choice for cocktails, particularly margaritas, given its bright and clean agave flavor. Reposado also works beautifully for a slightly richer twist.

Tres Agaves tequila is made in the heart of the Tequila Valley: Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico. The Tres Agaves difference is defined by this ethereal place, where an appreciation for the fine tequila produced from natural, unadulterated blue agave continues to thrive. This ethos is reflected in every bottle we produce.
-
Tres Agaves is made from organic, Blue Weber Agave grown in the rich soil and ideal climate of Mexico’s Tequila Valley. This unique terroir imparts our tequila with distinct citrus and herbal notes, creating a spirit that is as perfect for sipping as it is for mixing.
