.75 oz. - High Quality Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
2 Dashes Barrel Aged Bitters
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist orange rind and place on top to garnish.
